This will be my training plan during the phase PLAN A.
In one mounth I think I will run 8k once a week, instead one of the 6K session.
Basically I’ve scheduled a 2-phase plan, so called PLAN A and PLAN B (really imaginative, don’t you find?! ;) ).
PLAN A (20th May 2013 - 1st November 2013)
This is the hardes part. I have, first af all, to lose weight and get fit.
I’m 199.8 lbs and I have to reach a really huge goal: 154 lbs.
I know, I’ve really a enormous work to do, but I know I can do it.
With hard traing, with healthy lifestile, with the right diet.
With a little help from my friends, also you.
PLAN B (2nd November 2013 - 1st April 2014)
Specific training plan to run a 21K half marathon.
What about 42K Marathon? One step at time ;)
Starting from running 5km to achieve training, mind and body to complete a Marathon.
It will be long.
It will be hard.
It will be right.
